Who We Are
We are the Institute for Children, Poverty, and Homelessness (ICPH), a New York City-based policy research organization focused on family and child homelessness. ICPH’s public policy insights are informed by field-based practices in education, employment, and social services at family shelters.
What We Do
We are dedicated to promoting a robust dialogue on family and child homelessness through research and reports. ICPH’s publications inform government officials, policymakers, advocates, academics, and service providers from across the country.
