When will I be notified if my proposal was accepted?
Everyone who submitted a proposal to present with be notified of the status of their submission no later than September 16, 2019.
What is the deadline to submit a proposal?
The deadline to submit a proposal has been extended to June 10, 2019.
Will I or my organization get paid to present at Beyond Housing?
No payment or non-monetary compensation outside of complimentary or discounted registration will be provided to breakout session presenters.
What type of presentations are preferred at Beyond Housing?
Beyond Housing prioritizes presentations about programs or topics that are replicable and relevant to our four pillars of education, health & well-being, housing & shelter, and community. Programs and strategies that are applicable outside of their piloted location are preferred. Presentations must go beyond sharing “our program model” and focus on how audience participants can actively use the information shared.
Can I give a presentation at Beyond Housing that I have presented at other conferences?
Priority will be given to proposals that present content in a new and interesting manner geared toward our audience over presentations that have been given multiple times.
Do I need to inform ICPH of my technical or AV requirements when I submit my proposal?
Yes, all technical and AV requirements must be included in your proposal.
